Job Vacancies

Job Vacancies is where the hiring manager or a supervisor can create a record of an available job vacancy or job posting that an applicant can then apply for the job. Adding a job vacancy is the first step in the process of using the recruitment module.
To add a job vacancy, do the following:
- Click Recruitment, then click Job Vacancies in the main menu.
- Click New in the button bar.
- An inset page will appear which contains the tabs, Job Vacancy and Attachment.
- Complete the fields.
- Click Save to save your changes or click Cancel to discard.
To preview a selected Vacancy or job posting on the Recruitment Portal, click the Jump To drop-down box and select Portal Preview. Portal Preview is only available for job postings or vacancies with Pending Applicants or Interviewing Applicants status and external availability.

Title |
Select the employee title of the vacancy that is going to be filled from the drop-down box. |
