Qualifications
MAIN MENU > HR > Qualifications
Qualifications define all the possible items that can be assigned to employees as Skills, Education, Licenses, Memberships and Languages.
For example, a Qualification of Type Skill will need to be created before that skill can be assigned to an employee.
To view Qualifications, do the following:
- Click HR, then click Qualifications in the main menu.
- If you see a large list of qualifications, use the Search Panel feature to narrow the results.
To edit a Qualification:

Click Edit in the button bar. Make the changes.

Click Save in the button bar.
To add a new Qualification:

Click New in the button bar.

Enter a name, choose a Type, select a Group and enter a Description.

Click Save in the button bar, or click Cancel to exit.
