Messages
EMPLOYEE PROFILE MENU > Messages
In the Messages feature, an employee can communicate with other employees and their supervisors by sending and receiving messages. These communications are simple messages— not requests to supervisors. If the Folder: Inbox is selected from the drop-down, any messages the employee receives will appear in the Messages Listing and if the Folder: Sent is selected any messages the employee sent to another employee will appear in the Messages Listing.
To send a Message, do the following:
- Click on the drop-down arrow at the far right side of the header bar to open the Employee Profile Menu, then click Messages.
- Click New in the button bar.
- Complete the Message.
- Click Send in the button bar to route the Message to other employees.
