EMPLOYEE PROFILE MENU >   Contact Information

Contact Information is data necessary to be able to communicate with an employee, such as an employee's personal address and phone number.

To edit your contact information:

  • Click on the drop-down arrow at the far right side of the header bar to open the Employee Profile Menu.

  • Then click Contact Information.

TIP:  Employees should always keep this information accurate and current to avoid missing important communications from the employer. However, certain information may not be edited by an employee through the self-serve Employee Profile. If you need to change information that you are unable to edit through the Employee Profile, submit a Request to your supervisor.

FIELD DESCRIPTION
First Name (read-only).
Middle Name (read-only).
Last Name (read-only).
Home Address (Line 1) Enter the address where you reside.
Home Address (Line 2) Optional; enter the second line of the address where you reside.
City (read-only).
Country (read-only).
Province/State (read-only).
Postal/Zip Code Enter the postal or zip code for your address.
Gender Select your gender from the drop-down box.
GENDERDESCRIPTION
UnspecifiedSelect if you choose not to specify.
MaleSelect if you are a man.
FemaleSelect if you are a woman.
Work Phone Enter your work telephone number.
Work Phone Ext Enter your work telephone number extension.
Home Phone Enter your home telephone number.
Mobile Phone Enter your mobile telephone number.
Fax Enter your fax telephone number if applicable.
Work Email Enter your work email address.
Home Email Enter your home email address.
Birth Date (read-only). Verify your birth date is correct. If it's incorrect inform your supervisor.
SIN/SSN (read-only). Verify your SIN/SSN is correct. If it's incorrect inform your supervisor.
