Payroll Export Report

A Payroll Export report details employees' time worked and earnings over a specified period. It is used to export this data into third-party payroll software for payroll processing. The Payroll Export Report's Export Setup tab offers various export formats to suit different software requirements as well as Generic Excel/CVS and CMS Payroll Based Journal (PBJ).

NOTE: If you are using TimeTrex for processing payroll this report is not necessary.

Total Time by Employee	Shows total time grouped by employee.
Total Time by Date/Employee	Shows total time, first grouped by date and then by employee.
Total Time by Employee/Date	Shows total time first, grouped by employee and then by date.
Total Time by Branch	Shows total time by branch.
Total Time by Department	Shows total time by department.
Total Time by Branch/Department	Shows total time, first grouped by branch and then department.
Total Time by Pay Period	Shows total time for pay period.
Total Time by Pay Period/Employee	Shows total time, first grouped by pay periods and then by employees.
Total Time by Pay Period/Branch	Shows total time, first grouped by pay periods and then by branch.
