Single Employee Mode (Phone)

In Single Employee Mode, employees use their User Name ID/Password and sign in to the mobile app to record their own punches or, if they have supervisor permissions, record punches on behalf of multiple employees from the same device (Team Punch). This mode supports Quick punch ID/password.

 

To perform a Team Punch:

• Sign in to the Mobile App using your username and password.

• Tap your name at the top center of the screen, then choose one or more employees from the list.

• Use the back arrow to return to the punch screen. The number of selected employees will now appear beside your name.

• Confirm whether it is an In or Out punch, and select any applicable Branch, Department, Job, or Task.

• Tap Save. A confirmation message will display listing all employees included in the punch.
