1. What if I've forgotten my password?
- Confirm that you have either a work or home email address specified in your contact record by clicking on the drop-down arrow at the far right side of the header bar to open the Employee Profile Menu, then click Contact Information.
- Go to the TimeTrex Sign In page.
- Click the Forgot Your Password link.
- Type in your email address.
- A password reset email will be sent to the email address you have in your contact record. This email will include your username.
- Then follow the steps in the password reset email.
TIP: If you are unable to reset your password using the above steps, please contact your employer for additional assistance, i.e. your Supervisor, Payroll Administrator or your employer's TimeTrex Administrator.
2. What's the difference between signing in to TimeTrex with a user name and password and using Quick Punch?
5. How can I change the number of lines or rows that are displayed per page?
- Click on the drop-down arrow at the far right side of the header bar to open the Employee Profile Menu, then click Preferences.
- Enter the number of rows you want displayed in the Rows per page field and click Save in the button bar.
