Highlights:

• Tax:

  • Updated both Canada and the United States tax tables effective July 2025.

• Reports:

  • General Ledger Summary Report:

    • Support for generating Accrual journal entries for pay periods spanning two months, using a highly accurate wage based pro-rata formula rather than typical less accurate day-based formulas.

    • The General Ledger Summary report now supports export to Multiview ERP format.

• Policies:

  • Pay Formula Policy:

    • Added a new "Discard" option to the Accrual Balance Threshold Fallback setting. This allows amounts exceeding the defined threshold to be discarded entirely, rather than forced into an accrual account, ideal for capping banked time that originates from an Absence, such as when handling Holiday time in lieu.

    • Resolved an issue where Average Hourly Rate Pay Formula Policies could, in some cases, reset hourly rates to $0 during timesheet recalculations.

  • Recurring Holidays:

    • Introduced a new "Day Modifier" field, allowing greater flexibility for holidays that fall before or after other holidays, or for policies that apply to adjacent holidays.

• Report Custom Formulas:

  • Added new functions to support advanced reporting: round_difference(), running_total(), is_first_row(), is_last_row().

• Security:

  • This release includes security fixes for third-party libraries.
