Testing Sandbox

For Cloud-hosted TimeTrex customers, the Testing Sandbox provides a separate environment for trying changes, testing workflows, and learning the system without affecting production data.

To open the Testing Sandbox, do the following:

• Click Help.
• Select Testing Sandbox.

Changes made in the Testing Sandbox do not affect production data. Sandbox data is refreshed from production data at least once a week, usually on Saturday evenings. When the sandbox is refreshed, changes made in the sandbox are overwritten.
